Mike Harati established Crown Security Ltd. in 2008. Mr. Harati has more than 14 years of experience in working with security. His experience and expertise is your guarantee for Crown Security’s service level.
Crown Security Ltd. focuses on ethics, moral and integrity among our employees when we plan, perform and follow up on our work tasks. These values are essential for all our employees. They deliver the results for you and your company.
We have a range of specialised employees – who all have their individual core competence.
Our safety coordinator has a broad range of education- and professional experience, which spreads from the police, the ministry of defence and bodyguard educations.
The guards are educated in solving conflict, first aid and fire fighting. We train our employees so they are up to date and have the best qualifications for solving safety tasks. All our employees of course have a criminal clean record and are approved by the government to work within security services.
Recruting
Employment of new staff happens through our large network in the security business. This is an important brick in our ability to maintain a highly specialized staff.
Unlike many other security companies, we do not find the current security officer training program sufficient in itself. We think that being able to deliver the level of service we strive for requires more than that. Becoming a security officer at Crown Security Ltd., you should meet the following criteria:
- Passed the statutory education for security officers
- Background within the military and/or police
- At least 25 years old
- Clean criminal record
- At least 3 years experience in working as a guard with recommendations.

The employees’ qualifications are in focus. Our guard personnel is often in contact with our customer’s customer, which requires further demands to e.g. language- social- and IT-competencies. It is therefore important that the right team is composed as a result of the work task we are given.
Documentation of the agreed task is very important. Documentation as well as execution are custom made for the particular customer and task, and are a part of a satisfying result.
